Logging of starts, motor run time, and operating data.

04

04

Accessible Configuration

Configuration via PSCS software and USB cable, or optional local control.

Same Torque, Dual Speed Ranges

The PSQ103/AMS11 and AMS12 highlight the critical importance of sizing operating time in conjunction with torque output.

Adjustable speed

PSQ103/AMS11

An operating time range engineered for more gradual actuation.

Adjustable cut-off torque

65–130 N·m

Actuation Time

36–72 s per 90°

Flange

F05/F07

Protection Solutions

IP67

115 or 230 VAC single-phase, 24 VAC/VDC, or 360–575 VAC three-phase, depending on the model.

Adjustable speed

PSQ103/AMS12

A higher-speed variant engineered within the identical mechanical footprint.

Adjustable cut-off torque

65–130 N·m

Actuation Time

9–18 s for 90°

Flange

F05/F07

Protection

IP67

Data sheet PSQ103/AMS1x specifies S2 30 min and S4 50% at 25°C. Verify the application's actual duty cycle.

THE VAMECA ADVANTAGE: DEDICATED TECHNICAL SUPPORT

THE VAMECA ADVANTAGE: DEDICATED TECHNICAL SUPPORT

A configuration fully aligned with your control and regulation requirements

VAMECA helps you translate your process requirements into a precise configuration. We verify interfaces with both the valve and the PLC, distinguish built-in functions from valuable options, and confirm product availability.

Valves and Actuation

Valve torque

Distinguish between break-away torque and maximum allowable run torque.

Mechanical Interface

Inspect the flange, shaft, bushing, and clearance for manual override.

Operating Time

Specify the required operating speed for your process and the anticipated cycle duty.

Monitoring and Control

Deposit and Returns

Please specify the required analog signal and control action.

Power Supply

Please specify the voltage and phase requirements to ensure selection of the proper control electronics.

Diagnostics and Safety

Configure critical alarms and define fail-safe behavior in the event of power or signal loss.

Provide the nameplate details, valve model, and expected control signals. Our technical team will help you configure the order and options, delivering a tailored proposal and timeline to meet your project requirements.

Specify options right from initial selection

Certain features must be integrated during manufacturing and cannot be retrofitted later.

EMERGENCY

PSCP Energy Reserve

Supercapacitors allow the actuator to return to a designated fail-safe position. This is an optional feature and cannot be combined with FSP.

PRIORITY

FSP Inlet

FSP controls an override position. This input does not serve as an emergency power supply.

Site Supervision & Oversight

Local and Fieldbus Control

PSC.2, Profibus DP, or CANopen are available depending on your configuration. Data sheet PSQ103/AMS1x identifies these as options to be specified upon ordering.
