TEADIT TEALON TF 1580 is a structured PTFE sheet material filled with barium sulphate. TEADIT engineered this solution specifically for caustic media, chemical processing, and applications demanding high-purity sheet integrity. This formulation is distinguished from TF 1570, which is filled with glass microspheres, and TF 1590, which features a silica filler.
Our Quebec facility manufactures custom-cut flat gaskets to your exact specifications. VAMECA can also evaluate the supply of this part number or engineer a suitable replacement.
