TEADIT TEALON TF 1570 is a restructured PTFE gasket sheet filled with glass microspheres. Its high compressibility makes it exceptionally well suited for fragile flanges, glass-lined equipment, and assemblies with limited bolt load.
Our Quebec facility manufactures custom-cut flat gaskets to your exact specifications. VAMECA can also evaluate the supply of this part number or engineer a suitable replacement.

PART NUMBER ANALYSIS
KEY COMPARISON CRITERIA
Within the TEALON product line, TF 1570 is filled with glass microspheres, TF 1580 is barium sulphate-filled, and TF 1590 is silica-filled. These formulations offer different compressibility profiles and must not be considered interchangeable without a proper torque and process fluid compatibility assessment.
