LATTYgold 925 is a compressed sheet material reinforced with an internal wire mesh, composed of synthetic and mineral fibres bonded with an acrylonitrile-type elastomer, and finished with a graphite coating on both sides.

Our Quebec facility manufactures custom-cut flat gaskets to your exact specifications. VAMECA can also evaluate the supply of this part number or engineer a suitable replacement.

Construction and Key Features

The internal metallic reinforcement differs from a standard anti-stick or graphite finish. This distinction is critical during cutting, handling, and flange design assessments.

Selecting the Right Grade

Replacing a reinforced grade requires maintaining accurate data regarding the wire mesh specification, thickness, and assembly mechanical requirements.

To compare configurations: LATTYgold 92 G2F and KLINGER KLINGERSIL C-4409. A shared nitrile binder alone does not ensure equivalent fluid compatibility or identical bolt load retention.
