Durlon 9000N is an unpigmented white sheet made from inorganic-filled PTFE. The manufacturer specifically engineered it for demanding chemical services and applications where contamination control is critical. Its exact grade must be specified when sourcing replacements; specifying simply "white PTFE" is not sufficient.
Our Quebec facility manufactures custom-cut flat gaskets to your exact specifications. VAMECA can also evaluate the supply of this part number or engineer a suitable replacement.

PART NUMBER ANALYSIS
KEY COMPARISON CRITERIA
Durlon 9000 (Blue) is the most direct reference product for understanding the range; however, it should not be substituted without first verifying purity requirements. Other filled PTFE materials can also be evaluated based on their specific fillers, mechanical properties, and regulatory approvals.

Part Number: Durlon 9000N
Please provide the part number, thickness, dimensions, quantity, and process fluid. We will review material availability for the specified grade, custom cutting at our Quebec facility, or an engineered alternative tailored to your assembly.
The manufacturer's latest datasheets, certifications, and P/T curves must be reviewed prior to ordering or substitution.
Compare the unfilled PTFE formulation against Grade 9000, Grade 9002 for low-temperature service, and Grade 1500 virgin PTFE for stringent purity requirements.
